Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Manager located in Anambra State, Nigeria. The Event Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the amusement park, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, training staff, developing operational policies and procedures, and planning marketing and advertising strategies to maximize profits.
Qualifications
- Experience in event management, amusement park operations, or related field
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in amusement parks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to develop operational policies and procedures
- Marketing and advertising skills
- Budgeting and financial planning expertise
- Experience in staff training and development
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
