Job Summary

Event Manager improves client experience by acting as the customer liaison, handle and resolve client queries, develop strategies for improving customer services. Ensuring client vision comes to life, maintain business relationships with existing clients and bring new clients on board.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Support organizational growth by providing strategic client direction, building new relationships, and maintaining existing client relationships, as well as ensuring that client projects are implemented according to plan.
  • Respond to client questions and queries promptly
  • Planning, developing, and managing client projects
  • Managing client expectations and communicating with stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects and campaigns that directly affect each client
  • Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well.
  • Ensuring client's requests via message or emails are responded to within the hour.
  • Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction
  • Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship
  • Monitor and measure client satisfaction.
  • Liaise with different departments about client queries.
  • Inspire repeat business from clients
  • Conduct client service workshops and presentations
  • Monitor and measure client satisfaction


Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in Event Management
  • Degree from a reputable institution.
