Responsibilities:
- Support organizational growth by providing strategic client direction, building new relationships, and maintaining existing client relationships, as well as ensuring that client projects are implemented according to plan.
- Respond to client questions and queries promptly
- Planning, developing, and managing client projects
- Managing client expectations and communicating with stakeholders
- Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects and campaigns that directly affect each client
- Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well.
- Ensuring client's requests via message or emails are responded to within the hour.
- Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction
- Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship
- Monitor and measure client satisfaction.
- Liaise with different departments about client queries.
- Inspire repeat business from clients

Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in Event Management
- Degree from a reputable institution.
