The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide high-level secretariat and administrative support to the CEO on a variety of strategic business matters for planning, control and coordination of the CEO’s business activities through the effective management of delegated duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Organizing and maintaining the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication: Acting as a liaison between the CEO and other staff, clients, and stakeholders. This includes managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Meeting Coordination: Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items from meetings the CEO attends.
- Document Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.
- Research: Conducting research and gathering information to assist the CEO in decision-making.
- Project Management: Supporting various projects and initiatives led by the CEO, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated appropriately.
- Confidentiality: Managing sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Office Management: Overseeing office operations and ensuring that the executive office runs smoothly.
- Travel Arrangements: Planning and coordinating travel logistics including transportation, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Budgeting and Expenses: Assisting with budget management and tracking expenses related to the executive office
- Represent the CEO at meetings and certain external events
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Master's degree in any related discipline
- Minimum of 6 years of proven work experience locally and internationally.
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills
- Proficiency in using collaboration and productivity tools with strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines with demonstrated time management and prioritization skills and strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work product
- Expert use of Outlook and proficient in learning new programs
- Professionalism and demonstrated experience working effectively with staff and senior management, with a team-player attitude and proactive, responsive and collaborative work style
- Superior organizational and time management skills.
