Role Description
The role involves providing executive administrative support, managing phone calls and emails, maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders, and utilizing clerical skills for office organization. This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Administrative Assistant.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Strong Clerical Skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Canva, AI software and other applications.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Knowledge of a foreign language is a huge plus.
- Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
