Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Administrator at Suminter India Organics in Ogun State, Nigeria. The Executive Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, managing communications, and supporting senior management. Additionally, the role will involve handling internal and external inquiries, organizing meetings, and providing general administrative support.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in office management or executive assistance
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Should have Experience of Travel bookings, Accommodation bookings , transportations and other related booking
- Candidate should have experience working in SAP/Tally software
- Should have handled employees queries and part of engagement activities
