Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in both professional and personal capacities. This hybrid role will include typical executive assistant responsibilities, personal tasks, and investment-related research. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to the executive, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating both business and personal travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence; attend meetings and manage follow-ups on key action items.
- Handle both professional and personal communication, including screening phone calls and emails, reviewing legal documents, organizing household logistics, and running personal errands.
- Conduct research on potential investment opportunities across sectors such as real estate, agriculture, startups, and stocks, summarizing findings into reports and recommendations for the executive’s review.
- Work closely with external advisors to assist in investment decision-making, including preparing due diligence and tracking the performance of ongoing investments.
- Manage special projects, both professional and personal, as requested by the executive, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Organize events, both corporate and personal, ensuring all logistics are seamlessly managed.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years as an Executive Assistant.
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Experience in conducting investment research and familiarity with financial concepts is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

Work Mode: Hybrid
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 - 300,000
