Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Coordinate and manage communication, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for review.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events, such as product launches, marketing campaigns, and internal meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive company information and personal matters.
- Manage travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Track and prioritize key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project coordination.
- Support the CEO in managing relationships with key partners, clients, and suppliers in the beauty industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong understanding of the beauty industry and its trends.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management tools.
- Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and team members
