Position Overview:
The Executive assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive office. He/She will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling various administrative tasks, enabling our executives to focus on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized files and records, ensuring easy access to information.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Coordinate logistics for company events and meetings.
- Perform general administrative duties, including office supply management and expense reporting.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the role
- First Degree Required ( HND OR B.sc)
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
