A group of start-ups require an Executive Assistant reporting to the Group Executive to work closely with, whilst handling office-related and administrative tasks to keep the organization functioning and Executive’s time optimized.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling for the Executive, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matter
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the Executive
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings, including coordination of catering when necessary
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, ensuring websites are up-to-date, and preparing communications on the Executive’s behalf
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages in a polite and professional manner and relay relevant feedback and information to stakeholders
- Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of the visit before directing them to the appropriate department
- Contribute and add value to sales efforts
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Maintain various comprehensive and accurate records and documents for the Executive
- Performing minor accounting and bookkeeping duties
- Ensure tidiness of the office environment
- Attend to other ad-hoc tasks as they arise
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 3 years of working experience
- Strong organizational skill
