Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant at Kopitar Nigeria Limited. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing the following:
- Administrative tasks: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing documents.
- Customer service: Welcoming customers, taking calls, and providing excellent customer service.
- Marketing: Cordinate the production of marketing materials, managing social media accounts, and creating content for websites and emails
- Research: Performing research on real estate market trends and property values
- Communication: Handling phone calls and emails from clients and vendors, and responding to messages
- Document management: Keeping track of transaction documents, maintaining filing systems, and helping with closing procedures
- Reporting: Compiling and distributing weekly or monthly reports
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
- Experience in managing expense reports
- Excellent writing and creative skills
- Have a decent knowledge of Canva
- Strong communication skills
- Administrative Assistance expertise
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
