Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a gatekeeper and point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments and events.
  • Assist in managing personal and professional tasks, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Oversee email and inbox management, prioritizing and responding where appropriate.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries for both business and retreats.
  • Support in content scheduling, launches, and digital product management.
  • Help with project management tasks, follow-ups, and coordination between teams and collaborators.
  • Conduct research and provide insights on topics related to wellness, education, or business growth.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.


Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of working experience as an executive assistant
  • BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
