This is a contract Executive Assistant role at OLA Cleaning Services located in Shagamu. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing expense reports, facilitating communication, and assisting with general administrative tasks. This is an on-site position.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
- Experience in managing expense reports
- Strong communication skills
- General Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
- Experience in the cleaning services industry is a plus
