Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate both personal and professional calendars for two individuals with different goals and lifestyles.
- Ensure all deadlines, meetings, and appointments are met on time.
- Proactively track upcoming personal goals and work-related tasks.
- Keep weekly and monthly checklists of goals, ensuring completion and following up on any outstanding items.
- Provide an end-of-week and end-of-month summary of accomplishments, upcoming tasks, and any roadblocks.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and social media when needed.
- Research and book travel arrangements, appointments, and other logistical needs.
- Prepare documentation, presentations, or other materials for work projects.
- Help maintain healthy lifestyle habits, such as scheduling workouts and tracking personal commitments.
- Run errands, coordinate deliveries, and handle personal tasks as needed.
- Assist with project coordination and light project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Organize digital files and collaborate on shared documents.
- Provide reminders for key milestones and opportunities for professional growth.
Requirements:
- Comfortable with productivity software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and able to learn new tools quickly.
- Familiar with various social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and capable of basic posting or account management.
- Able to interact professionally and confidently with a range of individuals. Strong verbal and written communication is essential.
- Keen attention to detail, time management, and task prioritization.
- Willing to go the extra mile, take initiative, and actively look for ways to optimize schedules and tasks.

Remuneration: NGN 250,000 - 300,000
