The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative and operational support, ensuring the CEO's schedule, communication, and priorities are effectively managed.

  • Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO calendar appointments and meetings
  • Coordinate and prepare agendas, reports, and presentation
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the CEO
  • Assist in project management and follow-up on key actions
  • Conduct research and prepare briefing materials as needed
  • Maintain confidential records and documents
  • Support the CEO in event planning 


Requirements:

  • 2 years experience
  • Degree in a related field
