Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant with an MBA to provide strategic and administrative support to the CEO/Publisher. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner, helping to manage priorities, drive projects, and execute strategic initiatives while handling day-to-day administrative tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Executive Support:
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
• Manage and organize executive schedules, including meetings, travel, and events.
• Anticipate the needs of the executive and provide seamless support to ensure efficiency.
• Strategic Initiatives:
• Draft business reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate on strategic projects and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
• Assist in monitoring and tracking the progress of business goals and objectives.
• Administrative Duties:
• Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls with discretion.
• Prepare and edit reports, memos, and presentations.
• Maintain filing systems and ensure the executive has all necessary documents.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyze data.
• Present key insights to the executive and recommend actionable steps.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent the executive professionally in meetings and negotiations when required.
Qualifications:
• Education: MBA from a reputable institution.
• Experience:
• Minimum 3years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of supporting C-suite executives and managing high-level projects.
• Skills:
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Slack).
• Ability to analyze complex data and present actionable insights.
