Job Summary

We are looking for an Executive Assistant with a legal background who can provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills who can handle confidential matters, prepare legal documents, and manage logistics. The ideal candidate must be flexible, ready to travel at short notice, and adept at multitasking to meet the varied demands of the position.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to the MD, including managing schedules, appointments, and communications.
  • Prepare, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, and other relevant paperwork.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries for the MD, both locally and internationally, often at short notice.
  • Act as the MD’s representative in meetings, taking notes and following up on action items as required.
  • Conduct research and compile reports on various topics to support decision-making.
  • Serve as a liaison between the MD, clients, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documentation for internal and external audiences.
  • Oversee project tasks and ensure timely follow-through on priorities for the MD.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a fast-paced and structured environment.
  • Strong legal acumen and experience with contract management or compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or project management software.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Willingness and ability to travel at short notice.
