Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Executive Assistant at Enski in Jos, with flexibility for remote work. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, offering executive support, facilitating communication, social media assistance and providing general administrative assistance to support the operations of the company.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance, Executive Support, and Administrative Assistance skills
- Experience in managing expense reports and facilitating communication
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using office software applications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
