Job Summary
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform various administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers. You would be designated to the Office of the Chief Executive Officer as a point of synergy among executives, employees, clients and other external partners The Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, supporting administrative functions, records management and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have excellent time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Managing executives’ calendars and setting up meetings
- Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
- Keep track of company assets
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, presentations, reports, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
- Track Deliverables and Timing - Receive KPI Markers, collate staff monthly reports, follow-up to-do list items
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings. Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars, Mail clients, Collaboration Softwares, CRM, ERP and copy machines)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 Monthly Net
Work Mode: Hybrid
