Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage the schedule, calendar, and travel arrangements as may be required.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Facilitate internal and external communication.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
- Collaborate with teams to achieve organizational goals.
Organizational and Operational Support:
- Manage projects, initiatives, and special assignments.
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and provide insights.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a University degree
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Proven track record of supporting senior-level executives.
- Experience in an advertising company is an advantage
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proactive, flexible, and adaptable.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and discretion.
