Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Take verbal ideas from the Director and translate them into real-world execution.
• Critically analyze projects and bring proactive solutions without needing micromanagement.
• Coordinate and track all executive-level activities, ensuring nothing is forgotten.
• Maintain and update project timelines, task management systems, and progress reports.
• Act as a personal assistant when required, handling errands efficiently.
• Manage event planning, logistics, and other high-level studio activities.
• Assist in video production planning and coordination, ensuring smooth execution.
• Oversee logistics and technical setup for video shoots, working closely with the Director.

Requirements:

• A critical thinker, preferably female, who can take an idea and execute it without needing micromanagement.
• Highly proactive—someone who anticipates problems and solves them before being asked.
• Social media savvy, experienced in managing and growing online platforms.
• Fluent in English, well-spoken, and professional in handling communication.
• Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Must be highly resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Must live within the Yaba/Surulere axis for easy commute.
• Bonus: Interest in photography, media, and video production is a plus!
