We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Executive Assistant/Secretary to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in executive support, office management, and administration, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.This role requires a highly organized, discreet, and proactive individual who can handle confidential information, manage executive schedules, and coordinate meetings effectively.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the COO, ensuring seamless operations, strategic leadership, and effective communication.
- Manage schedule, correspondence, travel, and special projects, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Serves as a trusted advisor and gatekeeper, facilitating stakeholder engagement and information flow
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and business engagements, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Oversee document filing, record-keeping, and office management tasks.
- Assist in project coordination, follow-ups, and execution of key administrative tasks.
- Ensure timely responses to emails, calls, and inquiries on behalf of the COO.
- Maintain a professional, polite, and respectful demeanor in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND in Management, Secretarial Studies, Office Management Technology, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 11 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years supporting executive management or C-level executives.
- Well-behaved, honest, ethical, polite, kind, and respectful.
- Strong integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential matters.
- Ability to work under pressure with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to anticipate needs and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to interact effectively with executives, clients, and stakeholders
