Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Leadership:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes to ensure accurate projections.
- Evaluate potential investment opportunities to maximize returns while minimizing risks.
- Analyze financial performance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
Compliance & Finance Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with international financial regulations (e.g., IFRS/GAAP).
- Conduct operations and finance risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard assets and preserve value.
Operational Excellence:
- Supervise all accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, tax planning, and audits.
- Optimize financial processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs across locations.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead a diverse team of finance professionals across multiple geographies.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration within the finance department.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with investors, regulators, auditors, and business partners. Prepare detailed reports for board meetings on financial performance and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- 10years of cognate experience
- Degree in a related field

- Achievement of revenue growth targets through effective cost management strategies.
- Timely delivery of accurate financial reports and forecasts.
