Job Summary

This position involves managing tenant relations, supervising property maintenance, optimizing financial performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Executive Manager will lead the property management team, implement process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the value and performance of the properties. This is a full-time remote opportunity.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits, etc
  • Providing superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability
  • Developing, mentoring, leading, and managing a high-performing, cohesive team, including leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management personnel, in order to maximize their engagement and minimize turnover
  • Review and approve property budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking.
  • Supervise property management staff and external contractors.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned


Requirements:

  • Must be able to use the American accent to communicate effectively.
  • Effective customer service skills.
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and internet navigation skills.
  • General office, bookkeeping, and sales skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • 1+ years of Management experience.


Remuneration: USD 180 Monthly

Working hours: 9 AM - 4 PM EST (3 PM - 10 PM WAT), Monday to Friday 


Perk: Salary Increment every 3 months (Quarterly Review).
