The Executive Marketer is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement marketing strategies to promote company products and services.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Set and meet sales goals and revenue targets.
  • Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals to prospective clients.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, and events.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make necessary adjustments.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's values and offerings to potential clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and marketing activities.
  • Provide feedback to management on market needs, client preferences, and potential opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a marketer or sales executive, preferably in a similar industry (minimum 1-2 years).
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills for pitching products and services.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address client needs and concerns.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as required.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
