Job Summary
We are seeking a highly professional and organized Personal Assistant to support the CEO of Kenkeputa, a leading software development, AI & data services, and staffing solutions company. This role requires a proactive individual with a global mindset, adept at managing communications and tasks across multiple time zones and cultural contexts. The ideal candidate should be familiar with American culture and demonstrate exceptional professionalism and fluency in English.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings across various time zones.
- Handle correspondence and respond to emails on behalf of the executive when required.
- Organize and maintain documents and records.
- Serve as a liaison between the U.S.-based executive and the Nigeria-based team.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas as needed.
- Assist in the management of projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and partners across different countries.
- Handle personal errands and ad hoc tasks for the executive.
- Demonstrate an understanding of American and Nigerian cultural nuances in communication and operations.
- Facilitate smooth cross-border collaboration within the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a personal or executive assistant, preferably in an international or remote setup.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Familiarity with American culture and business practices is a must.
- Tech-savviness and an understanding of the software development or AI industry is a plus.
