- Ability to conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple searches.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, databases, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Driven, self-motivated, and eager to make a significant impact in executive search.
