Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Serve as the trusted point of contact in managing day-to-day operations. Anticipate needs and ensure that time is optimized for maximum productivity.
  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage complex scheduling as requested, including meetings, travel arrangements, and personal commitments.
  • Task Prioritization: Help prioritize tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met while staying flexible to dynamic set needs.
  • Project Assistance: Assist with special projects, including preparing reports and presentations and coordinating cross-departmental tasks (if requested).
  • Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communication, drafting emails, screening calls, and ensuring all communications are professional and effective.
  • Administrative Tasks: Take care of administrative tasks, from document organization to maintaining critical information and assisting with personal matters when needed.
  • Meeting Preparation: Assist in preparing agendas, taking meeting notes (if requested), following up on action items, and ensuring that meetings are efficient and productive.


Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in an executive support role or similar
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle various work streams simultaneously.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage time efficiently and effectively.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Workspace.
  • Strong ability to work independently and be a self-starter with a “get things done” attitude.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones when necessary and to manage a workload that occasionally requires attention outside of standard hours.


Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in product management or tech startups.
  • An understanding of the fintech, mobility, or payments landscape.
  • Familiarity with handling high-stakes environments with C-level executives.
  • Ability to anticipate and act on the executive's needs in a high-growth setting.
