Tribe Nation Theatrical Distribution (TNTD) Limited, a licensed distribution firm that specializes in the theatrical distribution of independent and commercial filmed content, is looking to hire a highly motivated and organized Exhibition Assistant.
As an Exhibition Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's logistical and exhibition activities. Your responsibilities will include booking and managing exhibition schedules, collating box office data, and managing and maintaining relationships with cinema partners.

Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Report and work with the Exhibition & Logistics Manager;
- Assist in day-to-day exhibition tasks, including cinema onboarding, cinema booking, maintaining records, and customer service;
- Monitor and analyze cinema performance
- Manage and maintain relationships with cinema partners, ensuring smooth film scheduling and exhibition.
- Perform box office data collation and entry tasks and ensure accuracy and completeness of information;
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments;
- Assist in organizing industry events;
- Assist in coordinating logistics
- Aid in preparing client reports, presentations, and other documentation as required;
- Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner;
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and assignments as needed.
Qualification:
Our ideal candidate is expected to possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Higher National Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;
- 1-year proven experience in Exhibition, Administration or Logistic roles;
- Professional qualifications, certifications, and memberships are an added advantage;
- Must reside in Lagos;
- Must have completed NYSC;
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail;
- Proficient in the use of Google Workspace, with emphasis on Google Sheet;
- Proficient in the use of calendering and event scheduling tools;
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn;
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
- Excellent time management and organization skills;
- Ability to work with minimal or zero supervision.
Salary
One Hundred Thousand Naira (N100,000) monthly net salary

Hybrid (Iganmu, Lagos)
Work Hours
Full-time (9am - 5pm)
