Role Overview
You’ll be the architect of TechOga’s visual and emotional identity. From designing scroll-stopping graphics to engineering viral campaigns, you’ll own our social media dominance, customer journey magic, and brand soul. This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to turn tech education into a cultural movement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Viral Marketing
• Craft and evolve TechOga’s brand voice, visuals, and positioning (training programs + software solutions).
• Design viral-ready campaigns using meme culture, trending audio, and platform hacks (TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn).
• Leverage storytelling to humanize tech topics (AI, coding, data science) for mass appeal.
2. Social Media & Content Mastery
• Own all platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X.
• Create:
o Eye-popping graphics (Canva/Adobe Creative Suite). o Viral video content (short-form Reels, tutorials, testimonials). o Engaging carousels, blogs, and success stories.
• Edit raw footage into polished, platform-optimized videos (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
3. Digital Advertising & Optimization
• Run high-impact paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) with precision targeting.
• A/B test ad creatives, CTAs, and audiences to crush KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS).
• Retarget leads with dynamic ads tailored to user behavior.
4. Customer Experience (CX) Excellence
• Map seamless journeys for learners and software users.
• Give our customers the wow experience.
5. Analytics & Growth Hacking
• Track performance metrics (engagement, conversions, virality).
• Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc to pivot strategies in real time.
What We’re Looking For
• 2 years in social media management, graphic design, video editing, and digital advertising.
• Portfolio: Show us viral campaigns, stunning visuals, and video reels that made audiences stop scrolling.
• Skills:
o Viral content mechanics (algorithm hacks, trend-jacking). o Data-driven creativity (balance art and analytics).
o SEO basics + UX principles.
Bonus Points If You:
• Have a meme stash or can turn tech jargon into viral gold.
• Know HTML/CSS basics (for email/digital asset tweaks).
• Speak “Gen Z” and “Corporate CEO” fluently.
