Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our communities across various brands.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for online and offline interactions with stakeholders.
  • Respond to inquiries, comments, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to create compelling content tailored to each brand's audience.
  • Host live sessions, webinars, and events to build trust and interaction within the community.
  • Monitor and report on community sentiment and feedback.
  • Represent Havana Group’s values and mission across all touchpoints.
  • Identify and engage with key influencers, partners, and stakeholders in the investment, media, and education sectors.
  • Cultivate relationships that enhance Havana Group's visibility and reputation.
  • Analyze community engagement metrics and derive actionable insights to optimize strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Community Manager, preferably in diverse sectors like investment, PR, multimedia, or education.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow online communities.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Passionate about connecting with diverse audiences.
  • Creative problem-solver with excellent interpersonal skills.
