Job Summary
A Restaurant that prides on delivering exceptional dining experiences with top-notch service and “its innovative fusion cuisine” or “its classic Italian dishes made with the freshest ingredients. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As an Experienced Cook. you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes with attention to detail and consistency. You will work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure that every plate meets our high standards for flavor, presentation, and efficiency.
- Minimum Qualification : HND
- Experience Level : Mid level
- Experience Length : 3 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with our recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Manage food inventory and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute daily specials and menu items.
- Monitor and manage cooking times to ensure all dishes are served at the optimal temperature.
- Assist with training and mentoring junior kitchen staff as needed.
- Adapt to changing menu items and special requests from guests.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cook or chef in a busy restaurant or culinary environment.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions with precision.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Food Handler’s Certification or equivalent preferred.
- The candidate must pass a background check
- Must Participate and pass through training on good work ethics, good customer service, and communication skills. Training is 4 - 6 Weeks (Course work and Internship)
