Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging English Language lessons in line with the curriculum
- Foster critical thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills in students
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and exams
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that cater to different learning styles
- Guide students in reading, writing, grammar, and literature appreciation
- Prepare students for internal and external examinations
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programs
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field
- A minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience in a school setting
- Strong knowledge of English grammar, literature, and writing techniques
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to use modern teaching methods and technology in the classroom
- Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners
- Certification in education (TRCN certification is an advantage)
