Location: Abuja, Nigeria

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated international student recruiter based in Abuja, Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both high school and post-secondary education systems in Nigeria and a proven track record in international student recruitment. This role requires flexibility, including occasional weekend travel and attendance at recruitment fairs. Time off in lieu will be provided to compensate for extra hours worked.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct recruitment fairs and travel on weekends when necessary
• Assess and evaluate application documents
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students
• Guide students through the application processes for the UK, US, Canada, and Australia
• Utilize GRM Salesforce and OCAS application systems effectively
• Maintain clear and professional communication with students, parents, and institutions

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven experience in sales and student recruitment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with the education systems of the UK, US, Canada, and Australia
• Understanding of the student visa application processes for the UK, US, Canada, and Australia
• Willingness to work odd hours and travel as required
• Experience working with recruitment agencies

Preferred Experience:

• Experience using CRM and OCAS application systems
• Familiarity with the Canadian, UK, US, and Australian education systems
