Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Property Marketer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our real estate properties and services, developing marketing strategies, and driving sales. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to effectively market our properties and attract potential clients.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our real estate properties.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their preferences.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing plans.
  • Advertising and Promotion:
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, print, and digital advertising.
  • Develop engaging content for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, website content, and social media posts.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events, property tours, and open houses.
  • Sales and Client Engagement:
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new client relationships.
  • Provide detailed information about properties, including pricing, features, and availability.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for improving marketing strategies.




Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market in Abuja and surrounding areas.
  • Strong negotiation skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to attend property viewings, promotional events, and meetings, which may require travel within Abuja and surrounding areas.



Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with flexible working hours.
  • Occasional weekend and evening work may be required to accommodate client schedules and promotional events.
