Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple software development projects, from inception to delivery.
• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and product) to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products that meet or exceed business objectives.
• Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and executives effectively.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by reflecting on past project outcomes and implementing best practices.
• Foster collaboration and clear communication across global teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing multiple software development projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrable history of launching successful software products, with examples of measurable outcomes (e.g., user growth, revenue impact, market penetration).
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to balance technical constraints with business goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Additional Skills:

• Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, etc.).
• Experience working in SaaS, cloud computing, or similar technology domains.
