Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing personalized service and expert advice tailored to their specific needs.
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction process.
  • Conduct thorough property assessments and market analyses to provide clients with accurate pricing and investment advice.


Sales and Marketing:

  • Design and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers, leveraging both offline and online channels.
  • Utilize your extensive network and market knowledge to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present property listings with high-quality photos, detailed descriptions, and engaging marketing content.


Market Expertise:

  • Stay informed about the latest trends, property values, and developments in the local real estate market.
  • Provide clients with up-to-date information on market conditions, including pricing trends and investment opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze market performance to adjust sales strategies as necessary to meet targets.


Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other real estate professionals, including surveyors, mortgage advisors, and legal experts, to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Mentor and support junior agents, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the sales team by achieving individual and team sales targets.


Customer Satisfaction:

  • Deliver top-notch customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally, enhancing the firm's reputation.
  • Encourage referrals and repeat business by maintaining high standards of service and communication.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record of closing over 50 million Naira in real estate sales.
  • At least 7 years of experience as a licensed realtor.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including property trends, pricing, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and tools, including MLS platforms, CRM systems, and online marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Licensed by the Nigerian Real Estate Regulatory Authority.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in high-end residential or commercial real estate.
  • Professional certifications in real estate or related fields (e.g., Certified Property Manager, Accredited Buyer's Representative).
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
