Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized shopping experiences.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall goals.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues.
- Ensure proper stock presentation by following visual merchandising guidelines.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, product performance, and team performance.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of cognate sales experience
- Supervisory experience is mandatory, experience in a retail industry will also be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and customer preferences.
