Shopify Developer

Responsibilities:

Shopify Development & Customization:

• Design, develop, and maintain Shopify stores, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Customize Shopify themes and templates according to business requirements.
• Implement new features and functionalities using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs.

Third-Party Integrations:

• Integrate third-party applications, payment gateways, and APIs with Shopify.
• Ensure smooth synchronization of inventory, orders, and customer data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

Performance Optimization:

• Optimize site speed and performance for an enhanced user experience.
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.

Maintenance & Support:

• Perform regular updates and maintenance on Shopify stores.
• Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and stakeholders.

Collaboration & Documentation:

• Work closely with designers, marketers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Document processes, technical solutions, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Shopify Developer with a strong portfolio of Shopify projects.
• Proficiency in Shopify Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with Shopify Plus is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and user experience (UX/UI) design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
