Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable experiential coordinator who will be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality brand activations and experiential campaigns. You will play a key role in conceptualizing strategies, managing on-ground events, and ensuring that all activations meet client objectives and timelines.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to design experiential marketing campaigns.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Research and secure appropriate venues and permits for activations.
- Coordinate event logistics, including staffing, equipment procurement, and transportation.
- Supervise on-site activities to ensure seamless execution and adherence to project plans.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to manage expectations and updates.
- Collect, analyze, and present data on campaign performance using KPIs and other metrics.
- Prepare detailed post-activation reports with insights, successes, and recommendations for improvement.
- Build and nurture relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to enhance operational efficiency.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing events or activations.
- In-depth understanding of grassroots marketing, brand activations, and engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of event planning, venue sourcing, permits, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to create, manage, and optimize budgets to deliver cost-effective yet impactful activations.
- Proficiency in collecting and analyzing campaign data to measure effectiveness and preparing detailed reports with actionable insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with colleagues
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to lead and manage the vendors effectively.
