Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage new customers to drive external sales growth.
- Establish connections with corporate customers, event organizers, wedding planners, etc., to provide customized catering solutions.
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, or online meetings, provide service consultation, and complete sales.
- Develop and implement sales plans to ensure performance targets are achieved.
- Maintain existing customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collect market information, analyze competition, and propose sales optimization plans.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and have strong self-management skills.
- Have strong customer relationship management skills.
- Able to adapt to the flexibility of remote work and participate in video conferences regularly.
