Facilities Assistant

Job description

Our ideal candidate will oversee the operations of residential apartments based in Lekki whilst collaborating with reporting line and liaising with occupants through effective communication (spoken and written) in facility management service delivery.

He will assist the reporting to be the first point of contact to occupants and the property stakeholders. He will oversee the operations, maintenance, and projects carried out by technicians (FM Support Team) and contractors to ensure the estate regulations on HSE adherence, standard, and quality of work carried out.

He will serve as correspondence to the occupants in solving problems and service delivery through effective collaboration, professional communication presence, timely response to occupant's requests, and problem-solving whilst giving timely feedback to the occupants and the reporting line as need be.

Experienced in a similar role in a Facility Management firm, technical background such as Plant Maintenance, Electrical/Plumbing, Operations/Administrative Management, Corporate Communication Intelligence will be an added advantage.

Qualification Requirement

2-3 years of cognate work experience, HND in Real Estate/Property Management/Building Technology. Good command of English, Strong Customer Service and Customer Relations, Administrative, Problem Solving, Organization, and Attention to Details skills.
