Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the integration of new facilities, systems, or infrastructure into existing operations, ensuring alignment with operational, safety, and technical standards.
- Serve as the primary interface between the project/facilities team and contractors, ensuring clarity and compliance with contract requirements.
- Monitor contractor performance, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion of work as per agreed terms.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts across engineering, operations, procurement, and HSE teams for smooth integration and transition.
- Ensure effective communication and documentation between all parties involved in contracts and facility handover.
- Identify risks or issues related to integration or contract compliance and propose corrective actions.
- Support commissioning and startup activities, ensuring new facilities are ready for operational handover.
- Participate in contract negotiation, review, and management as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to facilities integration and contracts.
Requirements:
