Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversees building maintenance and operational programs. Work to ensure that all school facilities are operational and ready for school activities daily.
- Manage all vendor contracts and oversee the operation of vendor staff (cleaning, security, etc.)
- Ensure the efficiency of all building systems and work with vendors (electrical, plumbing, etc.) to ensure that all faulty units are quickly repaired.
- Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and coordinate monthly site safety programs and drills to ensure the readiness of students and staff to quickly evacuate to safe location in the event of any hazard.
- Manage facilities planning and space allocation and prepare cost estimates for moves and equipment
- Manage maintenance and cleanliness of school grounds and ensure all utility systems are inspected, bills paid on time and always available during the core hours of school operation.
- Coordinating building security and maintenance services with the cleaning crew and security personnel whilst overseeing all building functions, maintenance issues and schedules.
- You will be responsible for the timely management and maintenance of school equipment and facilities.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years working experience.
