The Facility and Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation, maintenance, and development of physical infrastructure and facilities, while also managing capital and renovation projects from planning through execution. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily facility operations, maintenance schedules, repairs, and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Manage vendor contracts for services such as HVAC, cleaning, electrical, plumbing, security, and landscaping.
- Monitor and optimize utilities usage and implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Conduct routine facility inspections and manage preventive maintenance programs.
- Develop and maintain facility-related policies, procedures, and documentation.
Project Management:
- Plan, execute, and oversee facility-related projects, including renovations, expansions, relocations, and new construction.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and manage project risks and resolve issues as they arise.
- Report project status to leadership and provide documentation upon completion.
