Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and safety.
- Manage vendor contracts and service agreements for cleaning, repairs, and utilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor budgets and control operational costs for facility upkeep.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance planning.
- Handle emergency facility issues promptly.
- Improve operational efficiency through innovative facility management solutions.
- Coordinate with tenants, staff, and service providers for smooth facility usage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in facility management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, safety protocols, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple facilities and teams effectively.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.
