Job Description/Requirements
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all hotel facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and aesthetically pleasing environment for guests and staff.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and elevators.
- Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor and manage budgets related to facility operations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate renovations, upgrades, and special projects as needed.
- Train and supervise facility staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and accountability.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and resolve issues effectively to minimize downtime.
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in facility management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance, and operations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software.
