Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proven 5 years experience as a Facility Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle emergencies effectively.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
