Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and functionality of our facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
- Manage repairs, renovations, and general upkeep of the premises.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor utility usage and implement cost-saving measures.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and expenses.
Requirements:
- Proven 5 years experience as a Facility Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle emergencies effectively.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
