Facility Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the general upkeep, maintenance, and security of the facility.
• Ensure all electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems are in good working condition.
• Supervise cleaners, security personnel, and maintenance staff.
• Schedule and oversee repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Manage utility consumption and ensure efficient resource use.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for necessary repairs and services.
• Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and issues.
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, expenses, and incident reports.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas that need improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in facility management, maintenance, or a related field.
• Technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be physically fit and able to handle hands-on maintenance tasks when needed.
• Must reside on-site (accommodation provided).

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 Gross

Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday
