Job Description/Requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental compliance standards.
- Proficiency in facility management software and tools.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills for managing vendor and contractor relationships.
- Budget management skills, including the ability to develop and adhere to financial plans.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities for addressing facility issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with staff, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and energy management principles.
