The Facility Officer is responsible for overseeing our facility management and ensuring that our estates are functioning well

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 4 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
  • Supervise all staff facilities staff and external contractors
  • Snagging of houses House inspections with Clients


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of BSc/BA in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field
  • 5 years of working experience
  • Proven experience as a facilities officer or relevant position
  • Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Good analytical/critical thinking.
